Pork Rolls
(serves 4)

 

Preparation:

Pound meat, season with salt and pepper. Put 1 piece of ham and 1 piece of cheese on top of each piece of pork. Roll meat and secure with string or a wooden pick. Brown on all sides, add 1/2 I (2 cups) water and bring to a boil. Let simmer over moderate heat for approx. 30 minutes. Remove meat and keep warm. Fold cream into gravy and bring to the boiling point, thicken with gravy thickener. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with vegetables and boiled potatoes.

4 slices of
cooked ham
2 tbsp. Oil
100 g (1/4 Ib) cream
dark gravy thickener
